JMTA COLLEGE COMBINE APPLICATION FORM

Please complete all required fields, submit the entry form and remit the entry fee as outlined below. Applicants not accepted for participation in the 2025 JMTA College Combine will have their entrance fees refunded. Applicants who are accepted into the Combine, but choose to not participate, must notify us prior to June 2, 2025 to be considered for a refund.

Accepted Players will be notified by email starting April 15, 2025

Entry Fees:

SPORTIME Members/Current JMTA Players: $395.00
Non-Members: $525.00.

Discounts are available for applicants with qualifying UTRs: Boys 11.00 and above and Girls 8.00 and above. Discounts are based on actual UTRs, ratings will not be "rounded up".
